Terms of service
By using the Pelveta website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to the use of our website, the purchase of our products and the agreement between Pelveta and its customers.
1. Products and production
Our products are made and shipped directly from our workshop. Product availability may vary. Because products are made on the basis of orders, the average total delivery time is approximately 60 days. Any delivery times stated are indicative.
2. Prices
All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. Pelveta reserves the right to change product specifications, prices and information without prior notice.3. Formation of the agreement
Orders are concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation. Ownership of delivered products passes upon full payment.4. Product information and images
Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may differ slightly from the final product due to the natural characteristics of the materials or due to screen settings.5. Assembly and use
The customer is responsible for correct and safe assembly in accordance with the installation instructions. Pelveta is not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation, improper use or normal wear and tear.6. Delivery
Once production and the quality check have been completed, your order is shipped. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code. You will find further details in our Shipping Policy.7. Withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you have the right to notify us that you wish to return your order within 14 days of receipt, after which you have a further 14 days to send the product back. The product must be returned unused, complete and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products made or personalised to the customer's specifications, nor to other exceptions as described in European consumer law. Unless stated otherwise, the costs of return shipping are for the customer's account. See our Returns and Withdrawal Policy for the full terms and conditions.8. Warranty
Every Pelveta product is designed to last for many years. If a product does not meet what you may reasonably expect of it, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy in accordance with European consumer law. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use, incorrect assembly, damage caused by accidents or damage caused by improper maintenance. This commercial warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.9. Liability
Pelveta is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper use or normal wear and tear.10. Applicable law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer law remains unaffected by this: these terms leave the statutory rights of consumers fully unaffected.11. Contact
