Return policy and right of withdrawal


You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 calendar-day withdrawal period starts on the day after you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) received the product. Does your order consist of several items delivered separately? Then the period starts on the day you received the last item.


How to withdraw from your order


You can let us know that you wish to withdraw from your order in three ways:


  • via our withdrawal function on the website
  • using the model withdrawal form (see our withdrawal page)
  • by means of a clear statement by e-mail to info@pelveta.com.


After your notification, you return the product within 14 days.

Condition of the product


During the withdrawal period, you handle the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If the value of the product is reduced because you used it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we may charge you for this reduction in value.


Return shipping costs


The costs of returning the product are at your own expense.


Refund


We refund the full purchase amount, including the standard delivery costs of the original shipment, within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned it. The refund is made using the same payment method you used to pay, unless you expressly agree to a different method. No costs are charged for the refund. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery, we are not required to refund the extra costs.
