Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day after you (or, in the case of multiple items, the last item) received the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by e-mail to info@pelveta.com, via our withdrawal function on the website, or by using the model form below). You are not obliged to use the model form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
